At Smell Pretty Candles, we strive to produce quality products.

We offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase.

Return the product to us and we will refund your money immediately.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on payment method, refunds may take 2-3 days to show on your account.

If you are returning an order over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Service: CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
